We design to meet the growing demand from local to international travellers, for a quality Vietnamese dining experience with personal service and individual style. The cooking teaching offers daily, half-day cooking tour that introduces travellers to Vietnamese cuisine. Suitable for all travellers who have at least 3 days tour program with us. The program is a fun and interesting way to learn about the local food. First, we will have a first lesson of buying typical Vietnamese ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. After the market visit, you board the boat for a leisurely cruise. This is a chance to view local sea life. On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb and vegetable garden, before learning about some of Vietnam’s well-known dishes, which is the mix of Vietnam and Chinese cuisine. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – each dish is first demonstrated by our chefs before you prepare the same dish yourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson, we sit down and eat exactly what we have cooked. Then our boat will pick you up to the cruise for a back to hotel.
